41	i do not feel unsafe (but i am a large 27 year old male) if i was a old doris i would not be going in the park at night , but why would you any way? i have been a heavy drinker in the village and stumbled home in a mess in the early hours, the drinking generates business however of late the drug problem in the village is pants people i see many people when its bussy in a right mess (probably coke or ket but i would not know as i am not a drug user) however the people of silsden are very tolerant of these people, in a fatherly way ? i dont know why?

720	There is too much parking on pavements. In places pedestrians have to walk on the carriageway to get past. Dog poo is a big problem. Ings Way is particularly bad. Wardens and the public should get proof and report the owners who should be made to clean it up or pay for it being done. Also high fines or prison. Dogs should be out in a pound till the owners repent owners should pay for the dogs keep and release in pound.

1017	With regards to policing Silsden area, no sworn bobbies on the beat, you may occasionally see a Community Officer who has limited capabilities, no police station. Good policing is knowing and being familiar with the shopkeepers and residents of the community.

1059	Memorial gardens and the park. Very concerned about cats fouling private gardens and nothing we can do about it. Tried numerous times deterrents and spent a fortune to no avail! In Canada you have to keep your cat within the boundary of your own property - take it outside that and it's to be on a lead.

1079	Yes, we felt unsafe in our own home for 5 1/2 years whilst West Yorkshire Police protected (with police panic button) and police cameras the violent, drug dealing family living next door to us in Cobbydale Park. SCO Walton was finally disciplined when we successfully companied to the Police Complaints Authority for ignoring the drug dealing.
